Before I call it a night, I'm going to post my plans for tomorrow...nothing big, just everyday things:
- clear my house of junks :-) I recommend you read the book titled "Clear My Clutter". After you clear house, you'll have good feng shui...any opinions on this?
- make cheesecakes for my family & friends. My lil boy is going to be thrilled when he sees the cheesecake :-) Will post the pictures & recipe of the cheesecake if it materialize...so keep your fingers crossed for me, will you ;-)
- will also try and see if I'm lucky enough to get a free makeover from petitetouch! - https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEh-QcP8D9YE-vnQp-BH0-DTsp227dc6PIJeJU1Dq2GtdNARYEHsp_-dwUJl90j7ddTaKagCeUYjOkZe_bYHLy4tQtd_mryzq6T5S0jmFjgvkkDRDFIqkQ-fxR1sqBOKzF3hdnzN6R0K69_3/s320/buttonlink-petitetouch.jpg

A New Beginning...
After being away from Malaysia for more than 4 years, it certainly feels great to be back home for good. I find myself appreciating all things Malaysian more, now that I've seen & experienced life abroad.
This is a new beginning for me & my family, primarily because my children are school-going children now compared to 4 years ago when they were still toddling around. They have been to International schools overseas where school life is fun with learning through play concept...School life is easy there compared to back here. I'm bracing myself for a lot of challenges that will come their way. As a very hands-on parent, I can't help but be very much involved in their school life. School life as an expatriate parent is fabulous in Dubai as most of the other parents are just as fully involved in their children's school life, so much so that we parents get to know each other and eventually become very close friends through our common interests. Dubai, in my opinion has the most caring expatriate community. I made many good friends there which is the reason why I'm thankful I made the decision to move there. My life chapter in Dubai may have closed but I return to my home country a richer person because of these wonderful friends I have found. I shall cherish and treasure them like precious gems forever. Thus, a new beginning of my life back home...:-)
